Ideas to Action Reporting

Reporting Requirements and Guidelines

We want to hear all about your On the Table MKE Ideas to Action project! There are two ways to report back to us. Choose one of the following options:

1. Provide us with a written final report.


2. Submit a video final report that tells the story of your project.

  • Please see the Video Final Report Guidelines for more information on what to include and how to upload a video.
  • Use the following spreadsheet template for your actual income and expenses budget and upload it at the appropriate section of the final report form. (Post Project Budget Sheet)


While not required, we’d love for you to share the story and progress of your Ideas to Action project on social media for friends, family, and the community to see.  Make sure to use the hashtags #onthetableMKE and #ideastoactionMKE.

We also encourage you to send photos of your project to our social media manager, Becca Mader, at, so that we can share on the Greater Milwaukee Foundation’s social media accounts.  Be sure to follow the Foundation on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.
